What type of guests should I expect?
Your tenants will be mostly international Master students, aged 20-25, and young professionals, who just started their careers, aged 25-30.
How much will I be charged?
Your commission as a host will depend on the number of properties you list on our platform, as well as their location. The more centrally located properties you list, the lower the fee will be.
How does the fee work?
Our commission will be a percentage of the booking's total. Example: let's say you have a listing with a rent of 500€/month. The tenant wants to book it for 5 months. Our commission will be a percentage deducted from the whole stay, which is 2,500€ (500€ x 5 months).
How do the payments work?
After moving in, your new tenant will have 24 hours to report any issue regarding the booking. If everything is fine, we will send you the first rent minus our commission within 72 hours.
What happens if the guest leaves the apartment before the end of the contract?
According to our experience, this rarely happens. However, if it does, we will do our best to find you a new tenant to cover the remaining period. We also strongly advise you to sign an accommodation agreement with your tenant and retain the security deposit.
