The cancellation policy for each listing is chosen by the Host.
Coolivin's one-time service fee is non-refundable.
The cancellation policy applies only to the payment of the first rent.
Coolivin is not responsible for any refund of the security deposit kept by the Host. In case of cancellation on your part, the Host makes the final decision on the refund of the security deposit.
